Clean, Calm, and Full of Amenities I had a wonderful stay and couldn't be more satisfied with the services offered (except parking lot). Cleanliness and Space: The room was incredibly clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff did a fantastic job maintaining the room throughout my stay. It was an extremely comfortable environment to be in, especially after a long day trip. Atmosphere: The calm ambiance of the hotel also adds to its charm. The quietness was a boon for both relaxation and productivity, and I felt incredibly at ease during my stay. Amenities: The hotel offers an ironing room, which I found to be quite convenient. The fitness room is well-equipped, allowing me to continue my exercise routine even while traveling. Both rooms were easily accessible and added value to my experience. Restaurant and Bar: There is Restaurant and Bar in the hotel. I didn't use it myself but everything looked good. Parking Options: There is a free option in the dark (scary) alley. You can choose to park closer to the hotel for 10 euro or even in an underground lot for 12 euro. Overall It was a good stay, made even better by the excellent amenities and options available. Would definitely return!

It is quite big hotel. Location is in a quite location but little bit far away of the center of a city. About 8 km. for me it was important that hotel has parking, both underground and open with plenty of spaces. The price for the parking also fair. Staff besides German can speak English and Russian, may be Italian as well but can not guaranty it. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. It seems to me that not all the rooms have air condition and in summer it might be an issue. Also there is no fridge in the room. The breakfast is all right. Besides you have different snacks, tea and coffee near the reception for a small charge. The restaurant in the hotel is open 24 hours a day that may be a good option for some travelers. There is a small gym in the hotel but really small. I wouldn't say that around the hotel there is a good infrastructure but several bars and restaurants are quite near. Can recommend for a short business stay.

The property looks very new and clean. the rooms are user friendly with big closets in the bedroom and bathroom. the staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I got lost the first day I got to there. they were very patiently communicating with me and trying to figure out my location. They understood how desperate I was and made a exceptional arrangement. They picked me up and brought me to the hotel. I need to mention that the manager Sameh, the staff Lenka, and Kelly were the people who had helped me. they asked me if everything is ok every time I saw them. I felt that I was at home. so the next week I came back and stayed a couple of more nights here. I am very grateful for their help and services.

First off the staff were exceptional. I was traveling with my mom and two of her friends. The three of them are in their 80's. The rooms and entire hotel was extremely clean, even though there were many guests staying there. The first night we ate dinner there and it was very good. We also had breakfast there twice. The breakfast had great options and was good value for money. There was ample parking, either within the paid area as well as outside of this area. I noticed that there was underground parking but didn't check it out. Although it seemed off the beaten path, it only was a short drive into the city proper. I did check and the U-bahn was a ten minute walk from the hotel.
